Johannes Ochghem
Johannes Ochghem was associatd wit the French lands, but composed in the same style as Du Fay. He learned how to compose in the church and had a three octave range. He showed off a lot in his compositions, he wrote a mass that could be sung in any mode. He wasn't interested so much in using a cantus fermas, he wrote a lot of his own stuff.
